Prize draw summary
These prize draw terms and conditions shall govern your use of the autum App and website and any prize draw or promotions that are published therein. Users who have registered via the autum App, completed their weekly challenges identified as Goals and submitted these shall be entered into a prize draw to win a prize. The prize draw runs from the first to the last Saturday in the month. Each prize draw shall have one winner only. The winner will be chosen at random by autum. The decision of the prize draw administrator is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Eligibility
Entrants must update the App to show that they have completed their weekly challenges associated with their Goals to be offered an entry into the monthly draw. Entrants will not be eligible if their goals have not been updated on the App, their weekly goals have not been completed prior to the last Saturday in the month, or they do not submit their goals into the prize draw when requested to do so by the App.
Entrants must not be employed by, or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by, a member of the Autumn Project Limited group of companies.
Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
Entry
Where the user has completed a weekly goal, they will be offered the opportunity to enter this into the prize draw. Each achieved weekly goal will earn the number of prize draw entries that equates to the activities the user completed to achieve their weekly goal. The App will notify the user that they can make an entry to the prize draw and the user must confirm their agreement to do this. For each goal achieved the user has one opportunity to make a competition entry. All prize entries will be allocated to a month determined by which month the Saturday at the end of the week falls.
Where a user changes their weekly goal, the new weekly goal will apply from the following week, which commences on a Sunday.
The draw
One winner will be chosen at random within seven days of the closing date of the competition.
The prize
The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative will be offered. The prize must be claimed within 28 days.
autum reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
Administrative
autum accepts no responsibility for entries that are not submitted when requested, or unsuccessfully submitted, lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.
The winner will be contacted directly using the email they provided to register on the autum app.
autum’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
autum reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
In so far as is permitted by law, autum, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is directly and wholly caused by the negligence of autum, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Only to the extent necessary to satisfy other entrants or the relevant regulatory body that a prize has been won and subject to the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, autum may make available on request the name and email address of the prize winner.
The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
Personal information provided by a user in submitting their competition entry will be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Promoter and Administrator of the competition is autum (The Autumn Project Limited, Registration number 12614642, Address 2 Chancery Lane, Wakefield, WF1 2SS).
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize draw winner. In the event that autum cannot contact the winner and receives no response to emails sent to the winner, after 28 days following the prize draw, the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant/entrants after 28 days.
