Through fun tools and calculators we will deliver inspirational ideas to help you stay physically, mentally and socially active. Staying active in these areas is the first step towards living longer, healthier.

A highly experienced Public Health & Emergency Medicine doctor with a calling to educate the public so that they can make informed lifestyle changes to extend their quality of life. He has also worked with a number of start-ups to transform medical ideas into viable solutions.
