Monthly social media prize draw

Prize draw summary 

These terms and conditions shall govern the entry and administration of all autum monthly social media prize draws. These prize draw terms apply to all users who have followed the autum.life social media channels within a set calendar month or specified date range set by autum.life. The prize draw runs from 27 March to 30 April 2024. Each prize draw shall have one winner only. The winner will be chosen at random by autum. The decision of the prize draw administrator is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 

Eligibility 

Entrants will only be eligible on the first occasion that they follow one of the autum.life social media channels. Entries from accounts that previously followed autum.life social properties shall be excluded from the draw. Entries will only apply to the month in which the user followed one of our social accounts. 

Entrants must not be employed by, or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by, a member of the Autumn Project Limited group of companies. 

Entrants must be 18 years old or over. 

Entry 

Entry into the draw will be automatic when you follow one or more of autum.life social media channels.  

The draw 

One winner will be chosen at random within seven days of the closing date of the competition. 

The prize 

The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative will be offered. The prize must be claimed within 28 days. 

autum reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so. 

Administrative 

autum accepts no responsibility for entries that are not submitted when requested, or unsuccessfully submitted, lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure. 

The winner will be contacted through the social media channel that was used to our social media property. 

autum’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. 

autum reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 

In so far as is permitted by law, autum, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is directly and wholly caused by the negligence of autum, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Only to the extent necessary to satisfy other entrants or the relevant regulatory body that a prize has been won and subject to the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, autum may make available on request the name and email address of the prize winner. 

The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media. 

Personal information provided by a user in submitting their competition entry will be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. 

The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

The Promoter and Administrator of the competition is autum (The Autumn Project Limited, Registration number 12614642, Address 2 Chancery Lane, Wakefield, WF1 2SS). 

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize draw winner. In the event that autum cannot contact the winner and receives no response to emails sent to the winner, after 28 days following the prize draw, the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant/entrants after 28 days.
