Engaging in regular brain exercises is an enjoyable way of ensuring the bells in the belfry hit the right notes more often than not. Although there is no definitive evidence that proves mental stimulation prolongs brain health in later life, there is enough anecdotal evidence out there to suggest it’s definitely worth a pop.

Within the app we collate courses, events and groups covering everything from languages and literature to the history of DNA.
